Not all game reporting requirements are the same, please make sure you know what is required during and after the game in terms of reporting requirements.

Remember to get the RISK Numbers of all coaches on the team side you will need these for the state cup online document

The center referee MUST start the online state cup report - see game officials for complete instruction on how to create and complete these. The game report will be needed to complete the details

The game report MUST be completed will all the required information. This includes yellow/red cards, the number of the goal scorers. Coaches must sign the game report(s), officials must check the details are correct.

Game Official: Capture all yellow/red cards, with the team name and full name of the player receiving the card.

The team name and the full name of all players that scored.

The BSL record all yellow/red cards and sanctions are issued for 3 yellow cards in a season. The top goal scorers are awarded golden boots in both divisions, so if you fail to supply this information the players can get upset.

Take a photo of each game report and email or message Simon Blackwell. Online report and photo of game reports must be completed by 10 am of the day following the game.
Post the game reports to Simon Blackwell within 24hrs of match completion
